Experienced HVAC Lead Installer & Helper

Location: Albuquerque, NM

We are currently hiring HVAC Lead Installers and Helpers to join our expert installation team. If you have a strong work ethic and hands-on HVAC experience, we want to hear from you.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years HVAC installation experience (residential required; light commercial a plus)
• Familiarity with retrofits and system upgrades
• Ability to install HVAC equipment including:
• Air handlers, heat pumps, package units
• Rooftop units, split systems, variable speed systems
• Sheet metal, ductwork, and controls
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Self-motivated and reliable
• Must provide own hand tools

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete residential and light commercial HVAC installations
• Follow safety procedures and code compliance
• Work independently or with a team to ensure timely, high-quality installations
• Maintain a clean, professional work site
